Digiskills.pk has expanded its outreach to Gilgit Baltistan on October 27, 2019, by conducting a session in Hunza at the regional campus of Karakoram International University. The team was enthusiastically welcomed by the students and volunteers. Around 150 students attended the session. The session started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the introduction of DigiSkills team members. Welcome speeches were made by local partners such as Aga Khan Economic Planning Board for Pakistan. The students were quite excited and a long interactive question and answer session was conducted. Most of the students, especially the female students were interested in Graphic Designing and Digital Marketing. Female students were enthusiastic as they took this as an opportunity to earn from home. In order to facilitate the students, help desks were set. It was heartwarming to see that Digiskills.pk has its outreach to the northern areas of Pakistan.
