3. Print the filled form
4. Visit one of the PTCL business center (List is given below) along with the necessary documents.

Rules to apply

 

1. All trainees must register on the DigiSkills website to be eligible for DigiSkills package
2. All trainees must provide CNIC & DigiSkills registration email address and Filled SOF (uploaded at DigiSkills website) form at the time of issuance of device
3. A trainee is eligible for 1 DigiSkills device only
4. DigiSkills will provide PTCL the URL to access their website for the verification of their trainee
5. PTCL staff will enter the DigiSkills registration email address of trainee to verify their registration and issue device as per the trainee’s desired package
6. Biometric verification is mandatory for activation of service
7. For Microsoft account activation; trainees can email to any one of the below mentioned email addresses.

8. Standard SOP will apply to all warranty claims (Details are on PTCL website)
9. Standard SOP will apply to lost/damaged devices
10. Standard SOP will apply to any cloned devices
11. Trainee must buy new device to avail package; package cannot be applied to existing sales
12. Devices Ownership is non-transferable.
